How contract management works

No, and that is deliberate. We remind you and prepare the letter. It only goes out once you have signed and confirmed. A cancellation that leaves without you is not something you want.
You can add any contract by hand, with or without a directory entry. The reminder works the same; for the dispatch we will need the provider's address once.
