Everything on how it works, what it costs, how it is posted and how your data is handled. Cannot find your question? Write to us.
We specialise in delivering legally sound cancellation letters to your contract partners by post. You create your document on our platform and we take care of the dispatch. On top of that we offer an account where you manage your running contracts and get reminded automatically before a notice period falls due.
No, Kündigen24 operates completely independently. We hold no partnerships with the companies listed on our platform. Our role is to give you current information, manage your contracts and carry out your dispatch orders. The recipients play no active part in our portal.
The fee depends on the postage you choose: CHF 19.90 for A-Post Plus and CHF 24.90 for registered mail. Because we pay real postage to the delivery service for physical dispatch, the two prices differ.
Not at all. There are no hidden subscriptions here. If you use the service, you pay once, transparently, for the dispatch of one specific document.
Our platform was built to give Swiss consumers a reliable route through contract management and cancellation. The technical infrastructure is designed for stability and security.
We keep addresses current, make the dispatch run smoothly and answer your questions. To run that service at a good standard we charge a fair fee, which covers most of the direct cost of providers and payment processing.
For a one-off dispatch no account is needed. We only need your email address so we can send you the order confirmation and the dispatch report. That record matters if the recipient disputes receipt. An account for managing deadlines is entirely optional.
Yes, you can edit the content within our form. Our templates are written so that the legal requirements for a valid cancellation are met. If you remove or rewrite important passages, you do so at your own risk.
Postal dispatch orders are processed, printed, enveloped and handed to the postal service on working days (Monday to Friday). No post goes out at weekends or on public holidays. Delivery time follows normal postal running times.
As soon as your registered letter is on its way, we send you a tracking number by email automatically. You can check the status online at any time. If no number has arrived after 48 hours, our support will help.
Not a problem. Send us a short email from the address you used for the order and we will send a digital copy of your proof of dispatch again.
Yes. Our templates and processes are built so that every detail needed to match the cancellation to your contract is present. We also maintain and update our recipient data continuously and keep the delivery route traceable.
A missing confirmation can have several causes, since companies in Switzerland are not always legally obliged to reply separately. What counts either way is the proof that the cancellation was delivered on time.
If a contract partner rejects the letter, start by clarifying it directly. Give the recipient our proof of dispatch and delivery. If problems persist despite that record, we recommend contacting the contract partner directly or taking the legal route.
If a company does not respond or delays processing despite proven delivery, the official record settles the question. Most of the time it is an internal delay at the recipient.
We put the highest value on data security, encrypted transmission over SSL and the Swiss Data Protection Act (nFADP). We store only the information needed to carry out your order and run your account. You can request deletion at any time; note that no old proof of dispatch can be issued afterwards.
No. Your data is never sold to uninvolved third parties. It is held in strict confidence and used solely to process your orders at Kündigen24.
